JDE Table Definitions

This is a really handy tool for working out what DD items and tables are in use in JDE.  This is a complete cross reference of JDE DD items, descriptions and tables in the system.  You can do some neat reporting on DD item, description and more.

I did a little video here, so you are able to use some of the slide and dice features in datastudio (which I love).

Use the report from here:

We've used our proprietary software to load all of this reference data from pristine into google cloud to allow for reporting.  This can synchronise any relational database tables (in batch mode) to google BigQuery - and therefore allow for intuitive and easy reporting.

Of course, if you need to know more - reach out.

Hi Shannon, I am an independent information architect in South Africa, and have just started on a JDE-based project. I found your "JDE Table Explorer" tool through Google, and it is invaluable in understanding the the key table structures and layouts. However, I found an issue when using it for the Data Dictionary Descriptions - it only shows and exports 100 fields, without any paging controls! You can finagle the display and export a bit, but sorting in ascending then descending order, but any table over 200 fields is a problem! Is there any chance that you can enhance the tool? Many thanks, Brian
